Why we're taking this journey

Every meaningful career begins with knowing yourself.

We call Alberta home. For more than 15 years, our work has brought us alongside Alberta-based employment and training organizations, educators, employers, and public-sector partners in communities across the province.

Those experiences taught us something important: people are not struggling because information does not exist. They are struggling because it is hard to know where to begin.

Every person brings different experiences, strengths, barriers, interests, goals, and aspirations. We believe career planning should begin there.

That is the journey we are building.

We start with people

Before recommending a path, we ask better questions.

Many career websites begin with occupations. We begin with the person.

What have you learned?

What skills have you developed?

What kind of work gives you purpose?

What experiences have shaped you?

What opportunities are near you?

What future do you hope to build?
